Maesmynanpark.com is an independent website owned by PHB(NW) Ltd trading as Acorn Leisure and Maes Mynan Park and we collect certain information or data about you when you use our website. This isn’t unusual most websites do!
As we operate holiday leisure parks, your privacy is important to us and that means your data too.

COMMENTS: AKISMET ANTI-SPAM
We use Akismet to protect our comments from spam. Akismet collects information about visitors who comment on Sites that use Akismet its anti-spam service. The information typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

- We have to hold details of people who request information about our products or services in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the information or service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our hosting company Heart Internet which is located within the UK.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you subscribe to our mailing list; we’ll store your email address for as long as you are subscribed to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link within any communication we send to you.

If you fill in an on-line form on this website, the information is uploaded to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and processed by the relevant internal department. In addition to your data being held on our CRM system, any data sent by you will also be held on the websites Content Managed System (CMS) for 30 days; thereafter your data will then be automatically and permanently deleted from the website, but may still be held on our CRM system in order to provide information as requested, process an order, or update you with news if you have given us your consent.
People who email us
We use Google Mail endpoint security to protect email traffic. If your email service does not support this, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Suppliers who enter their details into our on-line messaging form have their details passed to our purchasing team, who will then pursue the enquiry. This data is stored on our website CMS for 30 days. By filling out the expression of interest to supply form you have consented for us to contact you.
